Zesty Fiesta Ranch Dip

Today's recipe is super easy and quick. You literally just throw it all together and tada!
I may have a sight ranch infatuation. Ever since I was young. It may also have spilled over to my kids.  If you are looking for a quick and easy dip recipe this ones for you. It's creamy and cool with a little kick from the heat of the jalapeno.

I opted to use fresh vegetables instead of the canned tomato and jalapeno. By doing so the dip has such a nice freshness and crunch to it also. You could even use a store bought fresh pico mix if you do not want to chop all the veggies yourself.

Ingredients
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dip
16 oz sour cream
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 jalapeno seeded and diced
2 roma tomatoes seeded and diced
1/2 red onion chopped
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Mexican cheese blend cheese

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl.  Chill in fridge for 1 hour.  Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, veggies or even a garnish on tacos! Enjoy!
