Baked Cheddar and Swiss Denver Omelet





 Oh the bazzilion ways to eat breakfast! This is one of my all time favorites. There is something about ham and eggs that just go so well. Minus the green color Dr. Suess must have had it right. Since I had some leftover Easter ham, I  made this and some sliders for dinner.  This is one of my go to breakfasts. This dish is perfect for Sunday brunch, a make ahead weekly breakfast or even dinner.
