Nutter Butter Icebox Cake

If you have been following along this food blogging journey of mine then you have noticed I really never have dessert recipes.  Truth be told I rarely eat it.  But I surely did eat this. A friend of mine turned me onto this delectable dish.

My goodness was this delicious. Like super delicious. This surely made up for all the dessert I have not eaten.  You have a layer of peanut butter cookies, that gets nice and soft from the ooey gooey pudding and whipped cream, then peanut butter and chocolate candy. All together its amazing! Bring it to any party, dinner party, bbq or heck just make it for your family! Either way if you love PB this one's for you!

1 container of Cool Whip
3 cups peanut butter cups, chopped
1 cup peanut butter, melted in microwave
1 box instant vanilla pudding, prepared according to package

Instructions
Line the bottom of an 8x8 pan with Nutter Butter Cookies.

Top with a drizzle of the melted peanut butter.

Spread or pipe half of the vanilla the pudding over the cookie layer.

Spread half the cream over the pudding.

Top with chopped peanut butter cups.

Repeat the layering process you should have 2 layers.

Decorate the top with crushed nutter butter cookies, peanut butter cups and some more melted peanut butter drizzled over the top. Make it purdy!

Chill overnight for the cookies to soften. (This step is essential)
