I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls and the content and opinions expressed here are all my own.

With all the running around I do as a mom sometimes it is hard to make a decent lunch or dinner. The kiddos activities always seem to fall right around dinner time. While always trying to eat healthy I am an avid avoider of the drive through. With that being said my hunger woe's have been solved with the New Eat Smart Salad KitsNow they have a whole new line of plant powered protein salad kits. Can you say wowzers! I am an meat eater but I also try to limit how much meat I eat. Eat Smart Salad Plant Powered Protein Kits are the perfect balance. I had no clue you could get that much protein in a salad!

The package size is just perfect. It fits in most lunch boxes. You can just take it and go. I love the fact that it comes in a handy dandy little kit with just the right amount of toppings and dressing. You have delicious Broccoli, brussels sprouts, green cabbage, chicory, kale, dried cranberries, roasted sunflower seeds, roasted pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and Poppy Seed dressing. Lets talk about the dressing OMG! Poppy seed dressing is amazing and just happens to be one of my favorites.

Each single-serve salad includes at least 11 grams of protein from plant-based protein. That's a perfect meal right there! This was absolutely fresh and delicious not to mention nutritious! It was the perfect meal for the cooler weather coming in.

If you are not familiar with Eat Smart Salad Kits you need to be. Go out right now and buy them! I have been in love since last December when I had the opportunity to try them out.
Not only do they have The New Plant Powered Protein Salad Kits, they also have Gourmet Salad Kits as well as Stir Fry Kits. Trust me you will not be dissapointed.
