This One-Pot Pasta Primavera using Barilla Pronto Pasta is perfect for spring. With broccoli florets, asparagus tips, zucchini and a good handful of spring peas, you will totally have your green fix. Ingredients
1 Box Barilla Pronto Linguine
1 small head broccoli, chopped
1 bunch asaparagus, chopped
1 pint cremini mushrooms, sliced
1 small zucchini, sliced
1 small zucchini, sliced
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 cup frozen sweet baby peas
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
1/2 cup white wine
salt and pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
shaved parmesan cheese for serving
Directions
In a 12 inch wide pot or deep skillet pour in the whole box of Barilla Pronto Linguine.
Pour in your stock, and wine.
Add the asparagus, mushrooms, carrots, peas, onion, garlic, salt and pepper and then turn the burner to high, then set your timer for 10 minutes.
Once liquid has evaporated by half, add cream and continue to cook.
When most of the liquid has evaporated, remove skillet from heat and serve immediately. Garnish with shaved parmesan.
