Queso Sliders

Delicious teeny tini bite sized burgers covered in melty spicy cheese is what I give you today.
These Queso Sliders are a fiesta in your mouth. Perfect for any party, game day, or tailgate they can be totally portable to. Considering that it is finally fall here and it's been a wee bit chilly these have just the right amount of spice to warm you up.

Next time you entertain or even just want a burger for dinner be sure to make these.
Kid tested and hubby approved your guests surely will approve to! Mini burgers smothered in cheese whats not to love!

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds 80/20 premium ground beef

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mayonaise

1 teaspoon seasoning salt

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 lb. easy melt cheese, such as velveeta cut into ½-inch cubes

10 oz rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained

12 slider buns

Directions

Melt velveeta and rotel in a medium saucepan over low heat. Keep over low heat stirring occasionaly until ready to use.

Place the ground beef in a large bowl and add the worcestershire sauce, mayonaise, seasoning salt, kosher salt, and pepper. Mix gently with a fork to combine. Shape the meat into 12 thin patties of equal size and thickness.

Because these are a thinner style slider I recommend cooking them on a large flat skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes in each side.

To assemble the sliders, place burger on bottom bun and top with 2 Tbs melted cheese and top bun and enjoy!
