By Every DayFood

Taco's are a weekly go to for me. Mondays are such a hectic day in our house. There is nothing better than setting up the slow-cooker and just going about my day. Dinner is just so easy and way less clean up as well. We just love chicken and tacos in our house and these are the perfect busy day meal.
The Four Ps: Peas, Parsley, Parmesan, Pasta

The Four Ps: Peas, Parsley, Parmesan, Pasta

The pasta lover in me fell in love when I saw this. So elegant looking yet so simple to make the parsley and parmesan cheese Oh my! Now add the peas and that's a easy and quick weeknight dish not to mention healthy. We eat pasta once a week in our house. Growing up it was Sunday sauce and spaghetti.

You Didn't Want to Eat Chicken McNuggets, Anyway

You Didn't Want to Eat Chicken McNuggets, Anyway

Can you say winner winner chicken dinner! Move over fast food! This one is a keeper for sure. More of a treat than dinner for the kiddos. Cheddar cheese cracker crusted pieces of chicken tenders, how could you go wrong? Nope you can't! Now with that side of spinach well yea now it's healthy!

The dreaded food coma. We have all had it happen. It happens way to often. More than I actually would like to admit. I'm a sucker for Italian food. I grew up on it and fell in love immediately. It's in the veins. There is so many alternatives to avoid that food coma. This dish being one of them. Bake it baby. Breaded and all, topped with melted cheese this version is still healthier than frying it. It has pretty minimal ingredients but packs tons of amazing flavors.

David Lebovitz's Steak with Mustard Butter

Friday {Date Night}

Sometimes food just needs to be sexy. When it's date night it is a must. Cooking together on date night is ton's of fun. Well that is as long as your kitchen is big enough! I have been to several fancy steakhouses and most of the time the steak comes out sizzling in butter. Hold the phone! Yes sizzling in butter! If you have never experienced this you need to add it to your bucket list or heck weekly dinner regemend. How ever if you can't make it to that fancy steakhouse there is always dished like this from Food52. Your partner wont be disappointed I promise!
