Fully Loaded Pizza Bagels

I literally had nothing to cook for dinner this one night.
This is far from a gourmet meal.
The kiddies weren't suppose to be home and ended up staying in.
It was a clean out the fridge and pantry kind of meal.
We were also on a tight schedule so this was the quickest
and easiest thing I could come up with.
I had some bagels that were getting stale so what do you do with stale bread?
Well you toast it of course!
My kids love bagel bites and when you quarter these you
can totally tell the difference between those frozen ones
because of the fact that they taste amazing!
It's all in the extra cheese and the bake time!
They tasted like a good Sicilian pizza.
Sometimes meals on the fly are just easier.

Ingredients
4 plain bagels
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup shredded parmesan romano cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup black olives, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
optional toppings; ham, meatball, sausage, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, (I just didn't have them on hand)

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

Place the bagels on a baking sheet, brush each bagel evenly with the olive oil then layer the sauce, oregano, and cheeses.

Evenly sprinkle on all the toppings. If  you are feeling cheesy add more cheese atop the toppings. You wont regret this I promise.

Bake for 10-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
