Super Garlic Bread

I am Italian, I love Italian food.
We all know I am also a carb lover.
I love garlic.
I put it in just about everything I make besides sweets of course.
This bread something amazing only for the serious die hard garlic lovers.
You can adjust the garlic if need be by decreasing the amount of garlic cloves.
You could also sprinkle some parmesan cheese on it.
Did I mention it has no butter!
That's right nada not a drop.
That should make you fell a little better about eating the bread of course!
Have a fabulous weekend!

6 large garlic cloves, chopped
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
1/8 cup chopped fresh oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, the good stuff
1 loaf Italian Semolina bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the garlic in the bowl of a food processor and process until minced. Add the parsley,

oregano, salt and pepper and pour in the olive oil and  pulse until a paste forms.

Slice the Italian bread in half horizontally, Spread the garlic mixture on each half of the

bread, and place on a baking pan.

Place the bread in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Bake longer if you like it super crispy.
