Strawberry Feta Salad

Baby lettuces, feta and fresh strawberries.
Normally you wouldn't think these ingredients would go together.
They do go really well together.
It is so easy to make and looks so purdy.
This is such a great take along dish to any cook out or party.
As far as dressings,
I would pair this with either a balsamic or a poppy seed dressing.
I have tried it with both and they are both delicious.
Have a great week!

12 cups packed assorted baby lettuces
1 quart strawberries, hulled—small berries halved, large ones quartered
1 cup crumbled feta
dressing of your choice

Put the lettuces in a large bowl. Add the strawberries, and feta.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss well and serve.

  1. The salad has spring written all over it...bright, fresh clean flavors. And both the dressing suggestions sound worthy.
