This is my new favorite side dish.
I am always looking for new sides.
If you are looking for a new healthy twist on a plain dish here it is.
There is something about ranch and parmesan that go so well together.
When you pair them with sweet roasted cauliflower.....wow!
I served it along some marinated grilled chicken breasts and garlic mashed potatoes.
This would be a perfect addition to your holiday table this season.
Ingredients1 head of cauliflower
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Separate the cauliflower into florets an place in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate small mixing bowl add the olive oil, parmesan cheese, and ranch mix. Mix well.
Pour the mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss gently until they are completely coated.
Pour the cauliflower mixture on a large baking sheet, I use parchment paper on mine. (less clean up) Roast for about 25 minutes flipping halfway through, until nicely browned.
