Ultimate Italian Chopped Salad

I am in love with this salad.
I mean really in love.
Salads do not usually fill me,
I am usually starving very soon after eating one.
This salad is a filler for sure!
Normally I would make this with pasta or tortellini
but I just wanted healthier version.
I am praying it does not snow again here! It went from the high 50's back to blah! Let's hope it's just rain!
Fingers crossed!!!

For The Salad:
2 Heads of lettuce, finely chopped….Romaine and Iceberg
1/4 pound sopressata or salami julienne
1 15oz can artichoke hearts drained and quartered
1/4 pound parmesan cheese shredded
1 15oz can garbanzo beans, drained
2 tablespoons kalamata pitted olives, chopped
2 tablespoons black pitted olives, chopped
1/4 red onion, sliced thin
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved (optional)

For The Dressing:
1/4 cup oil
2 Tablespoons Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt and fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Add all ingredients to a shaker or bowl with lid and shake well until combined.

Toss all together drizzle with dressing.
