Cajun Chicken Cordon Bleu Wraps

I love chicken cordon bleu.
I did not have the time or frankly the energy to make it,
yet I always have some shredded chicken frozen in the freezer.
I have been so pressed for time lately, hence the lacking of posts.
Kid stuff....they have to come first.
So a new recipe was born!
What's wrong with spicing things up a bit?
These came out delicious.
Everyone gobbled them up and I had not one complaint. kids complaining = one happy mom!
Happy Monday!

4 flour tortillas
4 slices deli muenster cheese
4 slices deli ham
Honey mustard, any kind will do
4 cups shredded cajun chicken, such as this

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the tortillas on a plate and microwave for 1 minute until soft.

Lay out the tortillas and top with cheese and ham.

Spread honey mustard down the center and top with the shredded chicken. Roll up, tucking the ends in as you go.

Place on a baking sheet seam side down and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Must be a themed #PinItThurs - I'm just noticing that so far three of us have posted cordon bleu recipes lol. We've got a warp, a crescent roll dish, and a far - I'm still reading. I love that you used muenster. It's one of my favorites, but you hardly ever hear of people using it for some reason.

  7. I love how fusion this recipe is... great flavor combos. Thanks for bringing it to foodie friday.

  8. Ooh, yum! My family loves chicken cordon bleu, and making them into Cajun style wraps sounds awesome! Thanks for sharing the recipe, I featured this in tonight's What'd You Do This Weekend. Pinning! :-)

  12. I love Chicken Cordon Bleu, but my husband definitely does not. I'm always looking for new ways to try it so he won't mind it so bad. Putting this on the menu for next week.
