Tomato Basil Cucumber Salad

Tis the season for all the amazing veggies the summer has to offer. When you just don't want to use the stove to make a dish...just got for this. It literally takes five minutes from start to finish. It is the most simple thing I have made ever; I think. A perfect side for any meal. Not to mention its totally kid friendly.

2 cups red cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
1 medium cucumber, seeded and sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 large basil leaves, chopped

Place tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl. Dress with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then chopped basil. Toss to coat! Serve
