Creamy Ranch Pork Chops {Slow Cooker}

T minus 7 days until school starts. Whoot Whoot! My house will finally stay clean for more than an hour.  My little darling (tornado) starts the third grade and my big guys starts (tear) ninth grade. His first year in high school. This I am not really ok with. 
Now on to the recipe....This is one of my favorite set it and forget it, saw it a hundred times on Pinterest recipes.  I finally gave it a try a few weeks ago and it was a hit. Anything that's easy and the kiddies like is a check in my book! Especially when its a week night meal!


4-6 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
2-10.75 ounce cans Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (I know I never use this but this time I caved)
1 cup milk
1-1 ounce package dry ranch salad dressing mix
Dried parsley for garnish

Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.

Add soup, milk and 1/2 package salad dressing mix. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. 

Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

  1. Was just talking to my mum about wonders of condensed mushroom soup - she used to make an amazing chicken & mushroom pie with it - and then saw your recipe. Chops are a big hit in our house and I think the mushroom soup could be a way to smuggle in some blended in hidden veggies.
