Dry Rubbed Turkey London Broil

Ever in the mood for Turkey but not it's not that time of year. Well this a great alternative. Roasted boneless turkey breast rubbed with amazingness. The leftovers are great for sandwiches or Wednesdays recipe! I have also made this on the grill as well. It was still good.  Stay tuned for Wednesdays recipe you will love it I promise! 

1 Turkey London Broil, usually around 2 pounds
Poultry Rub, enough to cover meat
1 whole onion, sliced into 4 rings
1 large carrot, cut into 4 pieces
2 stalks of celery, cut into 4 pieces
1 clove of garlic, peeled and smashed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place vegetables in a 9"x13" baking dish. Rub the poultry rub all over the turkey, top, bottom and sides. Place turkey on top of vegetables. 

Cook for 1 hour or until temperature is 175 degrees F.

Discard the vegetables. Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve along side your favorite sides.
Poultry Rub:
2 Tablespoons Salt
2 Tablespoons Ground Mustard
2 Tablespoons Paprika
2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
1 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Marjoram

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in an air tight container. Use as needed.
