Lemon Roasted Green Beans

Roasted veggies oh how I love thee. All of them every single kind, roasted in the oven tossed with any seasons your heart desires. These are quite simple, olive oil, salt pepper, garlic and lemon. Yum! They compliment any dish nicely. It's getting warmer here in NY. Today will be almost 50! My snow drops have bloomed in the front yard. Spring is on it way!!! I don't know about you but I can't wait! Have a great weekend all.
1-12oz  package Birds Eye Steam Fresh Whole Green Beans
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Juice of 1 Lemon

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cook beans according to package directions in the microwave. Place green beans in a bowl toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder and lemon juice. Place on a baking sheet ( I lined mine with parchment). Roast for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
