Oh my oh my! You know how when you go to your favorite restaurant chain and they have the most delicious version of this dip? Well until now I have been completely unable to duplicate it. It's pretty darn close. I did add a few extras for some flavor boosting. This is a perfect dip for a game day treat or heck make it any day for a treat!
Ingredients
1 (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drianed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup light mayo
1 (13.75 oz) can artichoke hearts unmarinated, chopped
1 cup light sour cream
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 pks (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 package dry vegetable soup mix
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Place in an oven proof baking dish.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with warm with chips, crackers or toasted French bread for dipping.
Mmm, I could go for some spinach and artichoke dip any day!
ReplyDeleteMe to!
DeleteOMG I love spinach artichoke dip and yours looks absolutely delicious! Can't wait to try this next time we have people over (otherwise I'd eat it all in one sitting...)
ReplyDeleteOh I hear ya! I ate this for 2 days straight! :)
DeleteThis is one of our favorite things. The best we've ever had was actually at a pretty fancy restaurant in Mystic, CT. Yum! :)
ReplyDeleteSounds very tasty!
ReplyDeleteYum!! I have a serious love-hate relationship with all the cheese in this bad boy!
ReplyDeleteI think this is going to be on the menu next time I have company.
