Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

We love hot wings in our house. Even my little one will eat them. She loves anything spicy it's to funny. We also love shredded chicken. I have been using it a lot lately just to save time in between cleaning, school, homework, dance, girl scouts and baton twirling. Whef I think that's it! Any who this is a great time saving meal for us busy mommy's. You also could easily substitute the hot sauce for bbq sauce also. If hot sauce does not work in your house. I hope everyone has a great weekend! TGIF!!

For the chicken:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce, or wing sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

For the wraps:

6 large lettuce leaves, Bibb or Iceberg
2 large celery stalks, cut into 2 inch matchsticks

Directions
Mix, hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Pour hot sauce over chicken and mix well.

To prepare lettuce cups, place 1/2 cup buffalo chicken in each leaf, top with celery and dressing of your choice. Wrap it and eat!

    1. My kids do not like blue cheese, so they use ranch topped with celery and carrot matchsticks. We use the blue cheese. Thanks for hosting!
