1 8oz ball fresh mozzarella cheese
1 large beef steak of heirloom tomato
A handful of fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper
Slice the mozzarella and tomato into equal sized slices. Layer tomato, cheese then basil leaves. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Don't forget the aged balsamic drizzle! Cover and refrigerate and extra but there most likely wont be any.
