I love a good healthy breakfast. How ever due to the fact that I am a carboholic, I need something filling in the morning. this totally does it for me. Egg whites, spinach and a slice of cheese on a whole grain muffin. Simple and delicious!
2 egg whites, scrambled
1 slice of cheese, whatever you like
2 tsp chopped spinach
salt and pepper to taste
1 whole grain English muffin, toasted
Heat small skillet with cooking spray to medium high heat. Pour egg whites in and spinach. Scramble and let cook to your liking add salt and pepper, top with cheese. Place on muffin and enjoy!
