Chicken Quesadilla Pizza

Who doesn't' love quesadillas right? I decided to make a pizza one! Everything you love that's melted into a quesadilla is topped on your favorite pizza dough.Yum! Super simple to make and perfect for this Sunday. GO GIANTS!!!

  • Ingredients
  • Flour, For Dusting
  • 1 bag 16oz Store Bought Pizza Dough Brought To Room Temperature,, Or Of Course Make Your Own
  • 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, Picked Clean, Meat Shredded
  • 1 jar 8oz Chunky Medium Salsa, You Can Use Mild Or Hot Also
  • 1 bag 16oz Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1 container 8oz Sour Cream
  • Parchment Paper
  • Fresh Cilantro For Garnish

  • Preparation Instructions
  • Place a pizza stone on the lowest rack in oven. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

  • Roll out prepared pizza dough and place on parchment paper cut to size of pizza stone on pizza paddle (or on pizza pan if you aren’t baking it on a pizza stone).Top pizza dough with the salsa, spreading liberally to outer edges of dough. Layer on chicken then cheese. Gently slide the parchment paper and pizza onto the stone and bake for 8-10 minutes until nicely browned. Dollop sour cream here and there, sprinkle with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
