Sun Dried Tomato Dipping Oil

There is something about dun dried tomatoes that I just love. This is the easiest dipping sauce to make.  It pairs so perfect along side some nice warm crusty bread, for your italian dinner feast.  Olive oil is blended with italian herbs garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Who knew olive oil could taste so good!

INGREDIENTS:

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3 whole sun dried tomatoes in oil minced

1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (or as needed)


Preparation Instructions:


Combine all ingredients, except oil, on a deep plate or bowl. Pour olive oil over. Dip with your favorite bread.

  1. I made the perfect bread for this dipping sauce yesterday! This sounds so good. I think I'll make this when I pull out one of the loaves I froze yesterday. It would be a hit in our house.
