Chicken Alfredo Melts

SUNDAY-FUN-DAY! I love French bread pizza. This is a nice alternative to the normal version. Chicken alfredo sauce and mozzarella all melted together on crusty bread. You could also sneak in a little spinach which I didn't have ion hand at the time I made this. Not to mention it is super easy to make. It a great quick week night meal or even an appetizer.

1 loaf French Baguette Or Any Kind Of Crusty Bread.

1 whole Chicken Breast, Cooked And Shredded
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Salt And Pepper, to taste
