Cheesy Garlic Bread Bites

SUNDAY-FUN-DAY!   Lot’s of creamy garlic and cheese. I have to warn you they are a bit addicting. You may not be able to get enough of these. Perfect appetizer for a crowd. Serve with a side of marinara sauce.

1 whole Recipe For Pizza Dough About 16 Ounces Will Make 2 Loaves
¾ cups Mayonnaise
4 cloves Garlic Minced Or 3 Tablespoons Of The Jarred Stuff
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Grated
1-¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated
¼ teaspoons Parsley
¼ teaspoons Each Of Salt And Pepper
1 whole Egg Beaten
Optional Garnish: Poppy Seeds, To Taste

Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven 350 degrees (F).
In a medium bowl mix mayonnaise, garlic, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
Cut dough in half. Roll out half of the pizza dough, adding flour as needed. Add half of the filling and spread it over the dough. Then roll the dough carefully into a log and make sure the sides are tucked in well. Repeat to make second log.
Place logs on a baking sheet, brush with the beaten egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
The size of the rolls will vary so for the last 10 minutes or so keep an eye on them.
Cool before slicing into cubes.

  1. Even before I started reading my eyes got huge and I knew these would be addicting. This is right up my alley. I'd have to make these when we were having guests, or else I'd easily eat them all. :)

  2. Oh yes please! I could throw several of these back! They look so delicious and dangerous. Great appetizer!

  3. @ Kristy, I love your blog and thanks!
