Baked Brie With Cran~Raspberry Sauce and Toasted Almonds


HEAVEN! Creamy baked brie topped with cran~raspberry sauce and toasted almonds. Ooooy Gooey goodness is all I can say. Dip crackers or bread right into the melted cheese. I serve this every holiday gathering.  

Ingredients

½ cups Cranberry Sauce, Not Whole Berry
½ cups Raspberry Preserves
½ cups Sliced Almonds
1 whole (about 5 To 8 Oz. Size) Wedge Or Wheel Of Brie


Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a microwave safe bowl, add cranberry sauce and raspberry preserves. Microwave on high for about 45 seconds just until mixable (not liquid). Mix well and set aside. Heat a small frying pan over medium heat and toast almonds for about a minute. Place brie in a glass or stoneware dish and spoon cran-raspberry mixture over top. Top with toasted almonds and bake 10 minutes until soft. Serve hot with crackers or bread.

  2. Oh, MY! Heaven is absolutely right! I adore brie with fruit and nuts...it never occurred to use such a fruit combination!
