Chili Cheese Fries

Another Sunday-Fun-Day recipe! Who needs boring old nachos when you can have these, totally evil, unhealthy but ohhhh so good chili cheese fries. Make these for your football games, family day or even just an appetizer.

2 pounds Frozen Seasoned French Fries
1 teaspoon Butter
½ cups Milk (more If Needed To Thin Sauce)
¼ pounds American Cheese, Deli Or Singles
⅛ teaspoons Salt
¼ teaspoons Pepper
Your Favorite Chili, Warm, For Topping
½ cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1 container (8 Oz. Container) Sour Cream

Preparation Instructions

Cook fries according to package directions. Bake them if you prefer not to fry them. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter and milk; add the American cheese, salt and pepper. Keep on low heat, stirring constantly until cheese is completly melted. (If sauce is too thick, add more milk 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring until smooth.)
Place cooked fries on a platter, top with chili, then shredded cheese and dollops of the sour cream. Serve warm.
