Chicken Tortilla Pizza

Here is your SUNDAY-FUN-DAY recipe!  This is the easiest thing to make and its so good.

All I can say is it is absolutely freezing here in NY. Some how we dodged the snow and only had rain. Funny thing this island, it's like we are protected even though we are totally open to the Atlantic Ocean, we hardly ever get snow. My family up the line a bit got stuck with almost 20"and no power. Hoping that doesn't last to long. I mean what happened to fall? It will be oh so cold trick or treating. I will be making my cola beef stew to follow soon.




6 whole Flour Tortillas
3 cups Cooked, Shredded Chicken
3 cups Jared Salsa
2 cups Shredded Queso Blend Cheese
1 cup Sliced Black Olives



Preparation Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a bowl, mix chicken and salsa, set aside.
Spray two large baking sheets with olive oil cooking spray. Lay all tortillas evenly across baking sheets and top each one with chicken, cheese, and olives.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are crispy and cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream and guacamole
