Carciofo Tuffo Caldo...AKA Hot Artichoke Dip



SUNDAY-FUN-DAY! Carciofo Tuffo Caldo...WHAT?  This dip fancies up the traditional artichoke dip with the addition of sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper, and black olives. I came up with this last winter for a last minute gathering. It was basically whatever I had in the fridge. I have to say it came out pretty darn good. Merryweather mama even made it and posted it on her site. I was thrilled. Any who enjoy it!Serve with sliced baguettes or crackers.

Ingredients

1 can (14 Oz. Can) Artichoke Hearts, Drained And Chopped
1 whole Roasted Red Pepper, Chopped
1 cup Pitted Black Olives, Chopped
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
4 whole Sun Dried Tomatoes Chopped (not In Oil)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
½ cups Grated Mozzarella


Preparation Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in a baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
