Cheddar Dill Drop Biscuts

Potato Gratin With Gruyere


I love Potatoes in anyway shape color or form. Now when you add cheese any kind especially Gruyere = HEAVEN!  Oh and don't forget the bacon, heavy cream and cheddar. This is the best potato dish I have EVER eaten. DO TRY THIS!

Crispy Sweet Chili Glazed Wings

Crispy sweet and spicy wings aka girl food! Man these are good! My son is in love with these. They are perfect for any Sunday football game or even just a simple snack.


20  Chicken Wings
Canola Oil For Deep Frying
1 bottle (2.5 Oz. Size) Sweet Chili Sauce

Preparation Instructions

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350 degrees F.
Cut wings in half. Remove wing tips. Deep-fry wings, about half at a time in hot oil until they are crisp and golden brown, about 10 minutes. (Do not use any batter or crumbs). Drain wings well.
Pour chili sauce in a bowl. Toss wings in sauce to coat.

HAPPY SEPTEMBER! This is my all time favorite time of year. Here is a great BBQ recipe for your Labor Day BBQ's. Garlic and lemon marinated chicken with slow roasted sweet tomatoes.

Let me tell you six days without power will make a girl start to get a little nutty. Finally yesterday after Hurricane Irene devastated my neighborhood, we have our power back on. Thankfully we had a generator but it still wasn't the same.
